easyJet flies to 134 destinations around Europe, their customer base covers an extremely diverse range of people. We needed to create a campaign that would speak to each and everyone, individually on a personal level. We created From A to Z a campaign using an alphabet that visually represented every destination. Customers received personalised emails based on trip history, seasonality and booking behaviour. Each letter had several executions reflecting a unique range of cities and locations, this was then translated into 7 different languages and rolled out across our the European markets.
