Once a bustling plywood factory and later an iconic broadcast house, this Bauhaus-inspired landmark has been meticulously transformed into a stylish collection of apartments.Drawing from the principles of the Bauhaus movement, the design celebrates geometric forms, bold lines, and a functional yet visually striking aesthetic.
This cohesive approach unites wayfinding elements and editorial layouts to create an immersive identity that honours the building’s rich history while ushering it into the present.

By blending elements of past and future, this design language brings a sense of continuity to Segue, enhancing both the physical and visual experience of the space.
