I delivered the full development and implementation of the rebuilt MMG website, working agency-side as the lead web developer while also providing digital project management support. Using WordPress, ThemeCo’s Cornerstone/Pro framework, and Advanced Custom Fields, I built a modular, scalable, and fully editable site that faithfully implemented the client’s approved UI designs.

Technically, the project included rebuilding the site architecture, creating reusable custom components, configuring ACF-driven content structures, and ensuring MMG’s internal team could easily manage updates. I also handled SEO setup, GA4 integration, WPEngine configuration, performance optimisation, accessibility improvements, and overall platform stability.

Alongside the technical build, I supported the wider project by managing the digital delivery: participating in weekly client meetings, advising on user flows and structural decisions, coordinating with designers and stakeholders, and ensuring the development aligned with the project’s timeline and quality standards.

Post-launch, I provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, content updates, and iterative improvements to help MMG maintain a secure, high-performing, and future-ready digital presence.
