A spatial experience kit designed to enhance the inclusivity of the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA) space. The concept behind this project revolves around the questioning of the newly developed Zeitz MOCAA in Cape Town. The execution of this investigation is the development of six packages, who's shape is inspired by the silo structure of the building, each encapsulating essential information and tools that aim to make the Zeitz MOCAA space more inclusive by targeting various spatial issues and disabilities. The design on the packaging is an abstract sensory map that tells the story of an individual's movement through the Zeitz MOCAA building and space. The exploration into space is extended through the introduction of an app in which users can create their own sensory map through the stories of the experience and movement through the Zeitz MOCAA. These individualized sensory maps can then be printed onto tote bags as a token expressing their story within the Zeitz MOCAA.
