I am applying for the Senior eLearning Design Manager position that you've posted. I am very happy in my current position as UK Training Manager for a global data systems company (previously Donovan Data Systems and now Mediaocean). Much of my time is spent creating eLearning or project managing a team of trainers in producing eLearning, from script through to production.

However, a merger has just been completed with the US' largest competitor, and this has led to an announcement that 20 from 49 people will be made redundant by 25th June.

You can view online content in the Learning Management System I am also creating. Please let me know and I will organise log in credentials for you.

At this stage, I don't know whether I will be in the redundancies. However, I am wisely looking at alternative positions. I believe that my CV highlights my suitability to this position and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
