Master's-degree level educated with over 9 years experience within the consumer health & beauty industries and fragrance & gift product markets. I have a proven track record of successful product launches in the UK and international markets. I offer a unique combination of brand marketing skills across the full marketing mix (including brand plans, promotional strategy, agency management) together with buying and operations experience, with extensive knowledge of product development including formulation of nutraceutical and cosmetic products. Product management experience from concept brief to new product launch including project management of NPD, packaging design, sourcing and supplier management both locally and abroad for branded and private label products for key retail clients. I have a particular interest in natural health & beauty products and am especially passionate about scientific advances in botanical & herbal based ingredients and products.
