I created custom illustrations in celebration of Chinese New Year. For the design I used red - a sign of luck in Chinese culture. For the banner, I was inspired by the patterns often found on 'ang pow' or 'red packets' which people receive on the holiday. Below are examples of how I applied them to the seasonal gift guide landing page and an instagram story.
