The idea comes from the breakdown very complex chapters in the book.
Are exactly 99, each for each apartment, then came so spontaneous and natural the idea of developing a book as an important and valuable document, which were explained and the main characteristics of the chapters.

To give a better idea of the actual document we chose a monospaced typeface for creating a layout very similar to the old typewriters.
To make it look like a big issue we have also thought of bind it with nails metal with a hard cover.
