My leadership, coaching and facilitation style has grown from roots in Jungian Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, The Thinking Environment and Process Work. As a leader my aim is to nurture an environment of e.a.s.e (enabling accurate self estimation) and personal accountability. I seek to empower and uplift individuals and teams in getting beyond the superficial games and oneupmanship. Thus creating a culture of courageous communication where all divergent views are welcome and cutting edge thinking is free to unfold.
