This great book focused the small dishes throughout the Italian regions. I led the creative concept for this book, managed the creative process from concept through to completion. Planned and organised shoots throughout Italy, contracting and briefing the photographers. Flew out to a beautiful part of the Veneto region to art direct food shoot. Created template for the entire book for designer to follow, managed the print process from initial concepts, through to mass production.
