About me

A Production Manager with a graphic design background, Michael has nearly 19 years experience working for some of the highest calibre institutions in the city of London.

A confident, creative individual with the ability to exceed customer expectations by delivering projects on time and on budget. A keen team player with management experience able to

work closely and communicate clearly with both internal and external clients at all levels from project brief through

to completion.
He has a proven record of providing clients with a high level of excellence and a wide range of skills enabling him to negotiate at all levels from senior management and all levels below.

He has extensive experience managing a team of 3 people dealing with the workflow of print and design projects in London and co-managing a team of 5 designers. He also manages an off-shore team of 10 in the Philippines.

He manages a workflow function that deals with over 300 projects per month. The team works for clients in 22 countries on projects ranging from high level external print (digital and litho) through to digital media projects.

A committed Christian, Michael is also the Head of Media & Communications at his church. This is a team of 12 people and the scope of this role sees him producing everything from TV productions through to full colour magazines.

Michael is a keen photographer and has extensive experience of a wide range of photography projects. His photography work ranges from weddings through to commissioned studio work. He was instrumental in bringing all of the fee earner photography at Allen & Overy

in-house by having a studio set up.

He is married with two children, a 10 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. He loves spending quality time with his family, as well as travelling, reading and a variety of sports.
