Michael's work

Focussing on small scale paintings as well as occasional digital and sculptural outcomes, Michael Garaway's distinctive practice embodies a spiritually aware and ordered response to contemporary landscape and technologies. His work since 2017, featuring graphically controlled use of watercolour and acrylic, transforms the perception of mundane locations into highly structured outcomes with a sensitive and precise handling of composition and colour.
