Popular existing LEGO ses were rebuilt with new additional ‘green instructions’ which turned planes into electric trains, cars into bicycles or scooters, and coal mines into wind power stations – all to demonstrate how people can reduce the impact on the environment. The project was launched in Poland, where 79.9% of energy is still produced using coal but there is little climate change education in schools. Online video lessons using green instructions were downloaded by over 700 schools.
