BRIEF Create the Employee Handbook for Adyoulike from start to final product. This included helping HR write the handbook, the design and be in charge of the print process. The Employee Handbook will be handed out to current employees but specifically new comers. For this reason they wanted the design to reflect the culture of the company fun and light.

DESIGN/THOUGHTS Design of the Employee Handbook is very much inspired by the people who work at Adyoulike. I've tried to include as many pictures and quotes from the employees as possible. Who doesn't like to hear from real people when you just started your first job?

The front cover reads 'Welcome to Adyoulike' the back cover reads 'Bienvenue a Adyoulike' the back cover is in french because I wanted to show Adyoulike is a french company. The brush effect of the heads and subheads gives an organic feel and contrasts with the boxes that are used throughout the handbook. Overlay effect that is used on to layer the text on top of the image is there to give the handbook different texture and to feel more playful.

OTHER After the design was approved by Adyoulike I've prepared the Handbook to be sent to the printers of my choosing. This project overall was a great learning experience. I learnt to manage the project from start to finish, helped to write the content, took 70% of the pictures and edited them, design the handbook, quality checked the prints etc.
