Absolute created a striking and playful campaign for Bolton Council to encourage shoppers back to the high-street post-covid. The campaign is deliberately over-the-top to reflect the Boltonian quirky sense of humour. The result was an iconic suite of ads full of wit, warmth and charm to create a truly memorable campaign.
