This was a coffee table style pitch document that accompanied various other beautifully styled and finished financial folders and reports. These were all then enclosed within a similarly printed 'shirt box' and sealed with a ribbon and a gold lion seal we had specifically made for the project. This was then given to the Singaporean government to introduce the idea of building a casino and resort on the island of Sentosa. We only printed 200 copies and no expense was spared on finishes and paper stock. It was a wonderful project that housed beautiful artists renders that were done by the visualisers, designers and artists. It was a mammoth undertaking as a lot of the information and imagery was only provided just as we went to print. The logo, design, illustrations, layout and setting were all done by myself and my team at Northpoint Architects.
