I am writing to apply for the role of Creative Services Executive you are currently advertising. I believe the skills I have developed in my current project management role at a creative artwork agency, where I am responsible for coordinating print projects for two categories on a large FMCG account, will stand me in excellent stead to be a great candidate for this opportunity. Working on two different categories, I have experience of managing multiple and varied projects, always ensuring tight deadlines are maintained and the highest quality of work produced.

I am an efficient and organised individual, often complimented on my ability to forward plan to ensure project success. Excellent attention to detail skills can also be demonstrated through my previous role as a quality assurance technician, where I was responsible for proofreading legal copy, checking technical print aspects and ensuring brand consistency was maintained at all times. I work pro-actively to solve production issues before they arise in order to ensure projects run smoothly, ensuring resource is used effectively and making the most of individuals' abilities. I also pride myself on my excellent communication skills and believe one of the key aspects to successful project management and coordination is ensuring all project stakeholders are 'kept in the loop' at all times.

My current role relies heavily on the success of communicative strategies, and I am the key contact and liaison point between the creative production team and external project managers. As such, I am able to build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, building trust, communicating issues and developing improved ways of working, all of which I feel contribute to the overall success of the project. Extensive work experience developed throughout my education has been primarily customer-facing, therefore I am keen to demonstrate my interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered to clients at all times.
