This film created as part of a volunteer filmmaker scheme with Media Trust in collaboration with the Muslim Women’s Network seeks to tackle the collective fear Muslim communities are feeling regarding rising levels of anti-Muslim hate, and the importance of reporting through a new tool - the Muslim Safety Net.

By taking a light-hearted and narrative-driven approach, ‘That Little Voice’ is able to shed some light on the lived experiences of Muslim communities, before rallying them to help report hateful incidents.

The film was initially released on MWN's social media platforms and received an outpouring of support and online engagement, primarily from Muslim communities, with about 43.3K views across platforms in only a few of days. The film was also selected onto the Shiny List.
