An internal two-page Powerpoint and PDF presentation I created for use by staff at Expedia call centres and shops. I illustrated a number of male and female characters depicting various customer traits.

Also included are samples pages from a Powerpoint presentation I designed that was successfully pitched to Yamaha, which secured a long-standing and lucrative print and online advertising partnership across Future's music portfolio of magazines and websites.
