Concept

Developed in response to a creative brief for Warwick Business School, this concept explores a bold recruitment campaign centred on the theme “Change Starts Here”. The objective was to create a flexible visual identity that could be applied consistently across digital, print, motion and social media channels.

Execution

Working as a freelance graphic designer, I developed campaign creative that translated the “Change Starts Here” concept across a wide range of marketing touchpoints. Deliverables included digital campaign assets, paid social media advertising, motion graphics, print communications and recruitment marketing materials. The visual approach combined bold typography, striking imagery and a clear information hierarchy, creating a cohesive campaign that could be adapted consistently across multiple platforms and audience touchpoints.

Results

The concept demonstrates an integrated campaign approach, applying a consistent visual identity across paid social, motion, print and digital communications. It showcases the development of a flexible design system capable of adapting to multiple channels while maintaining clarity, brand consistency and audience engagement.
