ABOUT
Concept
Purplebricks developed the Potential Leaders Programme to identify and nurture future managers from within the business. The challenge was to translate a substantial amount of learning and development content into a presentation that would motivate participants while clearly communicating the programme structure, expectations and leadership journey.
The creative approach focused on transforming traditional training materials into a visually engaging narrative, using bold colour, strong typography and purposeful imagery to reinforce the company’s brand while maintaining clarity throughout.
⸻
Execution
I designed a fully branded presentation that guided participants through every stage of the programme—from the initial introduction and learning objectives to leadership competencies, activities, assessment and next steps.
Information was simplified through clear layouts, iconography and infographics to improve comprehension and reduce cognitive load, while motivational imagery and concise messaging helped maintain engagement across the presentation. Every slide was designed to balance visual impact with accessibility, ensuring complex information could be absorbed quickly in both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
⸻
Results
The final presentation provided Purplebricks with a cohesive and professional learning resource that elevated the programme beyond a standard corporate slide deck. By combining structured information design with a consistent visual identity, the presentation created a clear learning journey that supported participant engagement and reinforced the organisation’s investment in developing future leaders.
The project demonstrates my ability to transform complex business information into engaging visual communications that support learning, internal communications and organisational development.
