I'm interested in applying for the Production Manager role as advertised on creativepool.co.uk.

I am currently working as Production Supervisor in the creative department at London based, multi-language broadcaster Viasat; the second largest broadcaster in Europe.

I've been with the company for just over 6 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I've had three promotions over those years and now feel ready for my next challenge. My exact ambition now is to move to a design agency where I can bring my skills and knowledge to an ambitious environment and grow in line with the company.

I manage productions from pitch to delivery across multiple media platforms and I constantly stay abreast of industry trends and technological advances.

I am an excellent communicator and always come up with creative ideas to solve problems. I've built and maintained trustworthy and long lasting relationships with all our clients and pride myself on surpassing expectations.

In my current role I work closely with the Creative Directors to respond to daily requests from all lines of business for promotional materials and also manage the usage and optimization of the in-house studio.

I am the line manager for 9 production assistants and deal with everything from recruitment to annual reviews, delegating their schedules and making sure agreed workflows, highest level of customer satisfaction and technical standards are met.

I also manage the production budgets for all in house and external production, hiring talent and post-production.
