To produce a Fan poster and some promotional pixel art animations.

Once arrived in London I wanted to immediately challenge myself with a new project and a chance was given by the annual Con "Hyper Japan".

Hyper Japan is actually one of the most important shows about Japan in Europe, celebrating everything is Japanese: sushi, origami, cosplays, manga, videogame.. Everything You can think about is there, even thanks to the number and the renown of its partners and sponsors which is really impressive.

I decided to create some promotional animated gifs, choosing a pixel-retro style and based the whole project on it. Thanks to its loss-less nature, a design based on pixels is particularly good even when applied on the large formats often requested by Cons. Subsequently, all the sponsors logos had been hand made pixeled.

The fan poster follows the same style guidelines and had been thought and designed as a promotional item: a poster on the front and providing all the scheduled live events and some general information on the rear.
