ABOUT

In Germany, emergency services are impacted by onlookers filming road accidents with their smartphones. To deter them from doing so, an innovative digital pattern was designed to function like a camouflaged QR code that covered ambulances, paramedics and equipment. Smartphone cameras immediately picked up the multi-angle QR codes and displayed a warning directly on their screens, showing the consequences of their actions and how to behave more appropriately when an accident has taken place.
