Brief: We were approached to produce the cover designs for San Francisco publisher DreamYards. The brief was to design book jacket and interior concepts to be produced as digital books for pre-schoolers. The only must have was to incorporate the lead character Icyee . The initial project was so well received that immediately we were tasked with producing five more projects, two being in English, and the others in simplyfied Chinese, Thai and Portuguese. This in turn lead to total character redevelopment, this entailed taking pre-existing characters and relooking at everything from clothing to facial expressions these were produced as vector drawings to be animated.
