ABOUT

Aardman Academy set the brief to create an animated piece to a selection of music choices. I settled on one with mysterious, magical tones and chose to create a stop-motion piece inspired by Japanese shadow puppetry. The final piece has connotations of the magic and playfulness of growing up, whilst also a nod to traditional hand-made art.
