ABOUT
For the launch of Flight Simulator x Stranger Things downloadable content on Xbox, we developed a campaign designed to hide in plain sight. At its core was a deliberately cheesy 1980s-style travel agency, an unexpected but era-authentic vehicle for delivering a secret message to fans.
The concept invited audiences to engage beyond the surface: by calling a featured phone number, users could unlock limited-edition merchandise and discover their role in “saving Hawkins” by playing the in-game missions.
To make the experience feel credible and immersive, we built the travel agency as a fully realised brand. This included a dedicated sales representative persona, an original retro jingle, and a cohesive visual identity inspired by 80s advertising tropes. Every detail was crafted to blur the line between fiction and reality, rewarding attentive fans and deepening their connection to the campaign.
