Hello, my name is Matilde and I am a video Editor based between Italy and The UK. I am a Film and Moving Image Production graduate from Norwich University of the Arts, specialising in Editing and Post Production. My passion is creating content that moves audiences and pushes the boundaries of what we are used to seeing. I was born and grew up in Italy, near the vibrant city of Milan. Since childhood, my passion for the arts has been evident, and my heart quickly gravitated towards the world of filmmaking. The decision to move to the UK was driven by a burning desire to attend film school and immerse myself in the cinematic realm. In this journey, I discovered that film editing resonated most deeply with me. My expressive tendencies manifest in various forms, but my editing style can be best described as realistic and raw. To me, the essence of connecting with an audience lies in evoking genuine emotions and relatability. My portfolio includes diverse experiences, ranging from documentaries and dramas to fashion commercials, as well as editing my own vlogs. Versatility is my forte, and I am open to exploring a myriad of creative opportunities within the film industry.
