ABOUT

Covid-19 travel restrictions made it more difficult than usual for small-town university students in Japan to attend the jobseeker seminars that Japan’s top companies organise every year in the country’s major cities. Dentsu Tokyo decided to develop an online platform to help level the playing field between students in rural and urban areas. The result was 47 INTERNSHIP, an online internship program with multiple corporate participants that required one student from each of Japan’s 47 prefectures to be hired.
