This project aimed to be an accumulation of what I have learnt in terms of design, combining my Graphic Design, Sustainability, Furniture Making and Pattern Design experience.

In order to do this I designed the branding for a furniture restoration and interior design company called Dormouse which aimed to be a business I myself would start post university. The company would be a small local business that was part of its community, has a friendly aesthetic but showed that restored furniture can be just as well designed as new and provides a unique, well made product option.

It was highly influenced by Biophilic Design principles, a connection to our environment, as well as the Arts and Crafts movement with their acknowledgement of quality materials, hand crafting skills and the natural imagery incorporated into pattern design.
