I am a user-experience (UX) and digital marketing practitioner, specialising in the mobile customer journey. My skills are across the full breadth of UX activities from research, to design, through to testing. I have a marketing background and a thorough understanding of business targets and objectives, and how user-centred design can be applied to help achieve these. I'm numerical with a strong analytical mind-set and have an excellent record across a number of product types using digital design to improve site metrics and conversion rates.
In my spare time I'm the owner of a ski holiday website () created in WordPress. With little budget available it relies on organic traffic and email campaigns to attract visitors, and over the years I've constantly analysed site and campaign metrics to refine my customer journey as much as possible.
