About me
I am writing to you as I am very interested in the planning brief you have posted and think that my profile could be of interest to you.
In my view, being a strategic planner is about enhancing creative initiatives through measured strategic thinking and insightful briefing, with an astute eye for creative excellence. Coming from a family of artists, sailors and adventurers has taught me to push my ideas further, to always be on the lookout for something new and exciting and to keep an open mind in order to recognize opportunities.
Earlier this year I was headhunted from 2020, a branding and design agency to work for Jack Morton Worldwide in the Creative and Planning department as a planner. Shortly after I joined, the agency encountered some problems in the US like so many in the industry and work quickly became scarce - I am now working on a freelance basis for them and looking for a permanent position.
I am bilingual, French being my mother tongue and have three years experience as a planner in integrated and branding agencies. Having worked with the likes of Sony Ericsson in retail, Abbey Road Studios and B&Q in branding, Vodafone in TV and The British Army in digital, I have been exposed to a variety of major projects and pitches. Taking part in these creative processes, at times as leader, others as team-member, has allowed me to gain valuable experience as a planner. I am now looking to develop my strategic and creative skills further in both a highly creative and reputable professional structure.
