3 TV Shows to Spark Your Creativity

Published by

No matter what you do for a living, chances are you will need a burst of creativity from time to time. Being in our daily routine can take some of our creativity away, and we will need a little stimulation from an external source.

TV shows and movies can be a great way to get a little creative push in the right direction. Whether you are a writer, painter, or anything from an engineer to a business manager, we will try to get you on the right track to finding innovative solutions with these three TV shows!

Shark Tank

Shark Tank is a fantastic show to watch if you are looking for a way to get creative and come up with an out-of-the-box idea. This show focuses on entrepreneurs pitching their ideas to investors, led by the famous Mark Cuban.

I think this show is great to spark your creativity because it gives you a look at others who have come up with awesome solutions to problems big and small! You will be able to take some inspiration from the men and woman on this show, and apply to whatever problem you are trying to crack. And, you might get a sneak peek at a good investing opportunity while you’re at it!

To learn a little bit more about the show, you can find it here.

Planet Earth

Planet Earth is an amazing show created by the BBC and narrated by David Attenborough that, regardless of your motives, should be included at the top of the list of nature shows. Planet Earth takes you on a tour of the Earth and highlights its natural beauties, from oceans to deserts.

This is a great show to watch to boost your creativity because it isn’t your typical program. We unfortunately must spend so much of our time indoors, and likely aren’t able to take a quick vacation to the magnificent forests of Siberia. Because of that, watching on TV is our next best option!

Getting in touch with the amazing natural world around us, even if it’s just through a TV show, is a great way to get us thinking innovatively. To find more info about the show, check it out here.

Chopped

What is better to boost your creativity and problem solving skills like watching people compete on a high stakes cooking show? Chopped is a great way to get you in the right mindset to be creative. The show features three people competing in three rounds of cooking challenges with random ingredients, all trying to make the best dish and win the competition.

Like I said, this show is great to get you in the right mindset to be creative. Seeing other people come up with awesome (and delicious!) solutions right in front of you will get you thinking like a Chopped Champion. Then, you will be able to go on and crush whatever problem you are working on! To check out the show, you can find it here.

I love sitting down for 30 minutes or an hour to get in the right mindset, and I usually watch my shows online on demand. If you are interested in streaming your shows online, it might be a good idea to check this site out for some information on safe streaming. Good luck with whatever you’re doing, and I hope you found some inspiration!

No matter what you’re doing, a little boost of creativity will always come in handy. Luckily, we have access to a ton of different ways to get your creative juices flowing. One great way is to tune in to an inspiring TV show, like the ones I mentioned above.
