Exciting news! Marta Kochanek and I had the privilege of working on a fascinating project. Our job was to develop ideas and create collages that represented all the green spaces described in Tayshan Hayden Smith’s book, published by DK. The outcome is truly amazing!

The book features 11 stunning collage illustrations and a beautiful cover that we couldn't be prouder of.

Tayshan - a gardener and activist, shares practical advice and inspiration on how to positively change small outdoor spaces. With 20 different projects and easy-to-follow steps, Tayshan shows how even the smallest of spaces can be green and living. From growing your own food to constructing a pollinator wall out of repurposed tin cans, Tayshan's practical takeaways are underpinned by inspiring manifestos on why we need to improve small spaces, the environmental benefits for nature, and the wider issues around connections with growing and greening space.

Most importantly, Tayshan's message is clear: everyone can play their part in creating green spaces to benefit us as individuals, communities, and the environment. Start small and reimagine what's possible. Let's unite to create the greener future we're all fighting for.
