Marta's work

My career has been characterised by diverse management roles across a number of creative industries. As a result, I've gained extensive experience of production and resource management in a creative environment. My passion for art and psychology honed my ability to inspire, support and motivate a creative team to achieve best possible results. I'm equipped with excellent organizational and planning skills. I'm also a modern Yoga devotee and certified life coach, an avid runner, an enthusiastic world traveller and a (very) frequent exhibition goer. I believe that my operational leadership skills coupled with a strong sense of drive and a lively personality help me keep the perfect balance of a light-hearted approach with a "get it done" attitude. I frequently utilize my dominant personality traits: thinking on my feet and using my initiative to remain a realistic, efficient and high-spirited professional, always eager to take on new challenges.
