Born out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour, The Wild Beer Co believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and barrels of passion. At this farmhouse brewery, which is set against the backdrop of the Somerset countryside, there's a family feel about the plant, where they work in harmony to make beers using modern creative techniques and ingredients, while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles. Having tasted a few of their beers myself I can vouch for the flavour – delicious!
