ABOUT

Away from the obvious haunts and popular activities I took a quieter path in this region of Spain. This is Catalonia through my eyes, a more subtle reveal and intimate portrayal of ordinary life and ordinary things through the streets of Cervera, a hilltop town 100km west of Barcelona, and the quiet surrounding villages.
My short dalliance with Barcelona gave me the chance to meander amongst visitors who tour this ever popular Catalonian capital in droves. Rarely do I engage with mainstream tourism, wherever it is. I'd much rather be looking in from the outside or exploring the quieter back streets.
