The Thoughtful Bread Company in Bath is one of the country's leading artisan bakeries, it's where I headed on a warm day in June 2015 to take some shots of the bakers at work, and in particular to shadow Duncan Glendinning, owner and baker.
It was a hot working environment and after several hours shooting I was exhausted, in fact, I was just about to pack up, but I asked Duncan if I could take some fun shots. This is how the shot titled 'Flour Frenzy' came about, a big ball of dough, lots of flour and lots and lots of fun!
Entered into The Pink Lady Food Photography Awards 2016, it was announced as the overall winner.
