I was initially brought into the mix as a web developer, but I ended being involved in the design as the project progressedApproachThe client wanted something clean and simple that was primarily designed to work as a mobile site. This involved creating specific image backgrounds for the portrait tablet and mobile views while keeping to the consistency of the brand identity. As for the site structure, the layout is split between content for candidates or for clients.OutcomeSince the website was refreshed and re-launched, the site’s organic traffic has increased exponentially, with a great click-through rate of 8.5%. This was done using simple clean design, keyword-rich content and by posting regular job advertisements.
