The mall is owned by Resilient Properties, Moolman Group and Falcon Forest Trading SA (Pty) Ltd. The mall has a GLA of approximately 39 120 m².

Location-wise, the mall is ideally situated with high visibility and easy access from the busy intersection of Ruth First and Aubrey Matlala Roads.

Soshanguve Crossing has 95 shops, plus it hosts what is known as South Africa’s “Big 5” retail brands, i.e.: Shoprite, Spar, Edgars, Game, and Woolworths.
