The Institute of Management & Information Systems (mis) and Digital Agency Arrabiata Solutions decided to launch a conference covering all areas of usability in Munich, Germany. Cooperating not only on this project, but also in testing Arrabiata's web designs in the institute's usability lab, they provided the perfect background and practical insights.

Working as a designer at Arrabiata at that time, I was involved from the initial name finding process to organising the event on the day. I was tasked with branding, user experience design, website, creating all marketing collateral and social media coverage.

The first u-conference was held with great success in February 2015 and the second edition is on 18. February 2016.
