About me

I am Marina Moner, a Spanish graphic designer from Majorca.

I am in London since November 07, and my professional career is slowly getting on the right path.

I have been involved in a series of interesting freelance projects in London. For example, I got placed in both the Marketing department of Eland Cables as a graphic designer and an Art Gallery (Influx) in Bricklane.

However I am still looking for a challenging position in an agency or studio with a creative and exciting background where my skills in layout, design, visual conception and creativity would be used and appreciated due to take my career further.

I have good Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat), and print experience. I also have basic knowledge of Deamweaver and Flash. I can work on PC or Mac, and I am up for learning new software if necessary.

I have got more than 5 years of previous experience as a freelancer. At the same time I have been covering every single branch of the graphic communication for a Cultural Centre in Majorca including advertising, brochures, posters, logos, cards, press material amongst other duties, being the head and responsible of the whole process, from the very first brief to the final art and production.

I am friendly, enthusiastic, I enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced and busy environment. I love my work and I'm always open to new ideas, and I am interested in every aspect of design, photography, music and arts.
