Concept

In 2022, Monotype acquires the Berthold inventory of typefaces, with unique historical significance in the type industry. To celebrate the occasion and one of the jewels of the Berthold library, Akzidenz Grotesk, we created a collection of assets for DC channels and marketing campaigns.

Execution

We chose a joyous and celebratory tone, with subtle nods to the German language (through Germany and Austria).
