About me

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Maria Gimenez. I am interested in the vacancy in your company. I would be really excited to join your team.

I graduated in Graphic Design at Plymouth College of Art. Previously, I graduated in

Fine Arts in Politecnic university of Valencia, Spain. Therefore, I have knowledge about

drawing and painting, and also in Graphic Design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop,

InDesign, Premiere, After effects.

I made an internship in Verdeveleno S,L During this internship, I developed

the initial concepts through to final design used in the print catalogue and online for the

autumn/winter 2011 collection. Moreover, I made an internship in International Dance

Supplies, where I develop the International Dance Supplies American catalogue 2016.

I created the layout and the style of the content, and I also worked retouching photographs

in task such as adding sparkle and extending backgrounds. During the years I was studying

at Plymouth College of Art, I have been working in their internal Agency. I develop some

branding work and motion graphics pieces.

I consider myself a reliable and hard-working person who can work well in collaborative

team environment and individually. I strongly believe that keeping up to date in your

working skills is essential to keep up with the requirements of the market. Hence, my goals

are to continue to learn and grow as a graphic designer.
