About me
Without design, the world would have no vibrancy or identity. As designers, we are responsible for helping clients invite consumers to try new products and services. But most importantly, design brings sparkle to the world, sprinkling cities and towns with color and interesting typography.
I am an easy-going, fun designer from Small Town, USA who is looking to relocate to London. Volunteer farm work and twelve years as a varsity athlete have helped me develop a strong work ethic and dedication to finishing the task at hand. I am not afraid to take chances and push a concept outside of its comfort zone, but I also know when to use discretion. I enjoy blending modern and hand generated designs—an acknowledgement of where design came from and where it is going.
I am a recent graduate from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Throughout my college career I have excelled in the classroom, achieving a 3.59 GPA, and have also represented Susquehanna University on both their varsity field hockey team and club equestrian team. I have experience in identity, packaging, print, and stationery design, as well as a breadth of illustration. My most recent accomplishment was being published in the Creative Quarterly 36.
My communication and time-management skills, persistence, and strong work ethic have allowed me to gain numerous experiences in a variety of areas as exemplified in my résumé. I am ready to learn and contribute my talent and skills to your mission.
I believe that I could be a wonderfully different addition to your work family. There is nothing I would love more than a chance to be a part of your growing team. Thank you very much for taking the time to review my work and consider me for the position of designer.
