I'm a graphic designer originally from Vancouver, Canada, and I'm totally new to London, so I'm looking forward to new experiences and opportunities. I'd love to dive headfirst into a great agency, and I think this could be a great fit.

In terms of skills and experience, thanks to my time working for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, I was able to hone my skills as a graphic designer on all levels of design, from the beginning concept stage to the final production file. No project was too big or too small, as I worked on everything from internal posters, pins, manuals, booklets, and templates to large-scale banners, guides, signage and graphics that were seen by a much larger audience from in and around the city to all across the country. I fully understand what it takes to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment as I worked on everything from one-day postcard designs to complex projects requiring a multi-month timeline.

I've worked on complex editorial projects, such as the official commemorative book of the Games, a beautiful 400-page book that became a Canadian best-seller, as well as the official program guide for the Cultural Olympiad, a comprehensive bilingual guide with information covering over 600 arts and cultural events. In addition, working for such a big brand has not only given me a keen understanding of effective brand application and management, but it has also made me keenly aware of how and when to push those bound boundaries.
