We were tasked with launching Renault’s new four year customer care package, 4+. Rather than creating a heavy-handed campaign toting the package’s benefits, we tapped into an emotional truth: a lot can happen in four years. And we wanted consumers to know that we’d be with them every step of the way. We created two TV spots entitled ‘Fate’ and ‘The Kid’. A bold print campaign, and a Facebook app that aggregated users’ photos from the last four years, turning it into a personalised Facebook cover image. Lastly we created a brand identity and mnemonic that that reflected the campaign’s modernity.
