ABOUT
The project aims to deliver a hyper-realistic CGI render of the iichiko Shochu bottle, emphasizing precision modelling, lifelike texturing, and detailed lighting.
The project features two variants, Saiten and Silhouette.
It’s designed to create a captivating visualization that highlights the bottle’s unique design, material properties, and brand identity for use in digital advertising or e-commerce.
The approach involved gathering the references of the bottle in question along with similar materials to understand the details of the bottles.
First, the modelling process is to accurately represent the bottle’s shape, dimensions, and details. For added realism, model details such as cap threading, embossing, and glass imperfections were added.
A slightly stylized approach was taken to develop the lighting and render style. The custom textures and shaders were developed to replicate the bottle’s materials and labels.
The final aspect involved taking the renders into post-production to refine colours, adjust contrast, and highlight critical areas, ensuring the final images are detailed.
