This photography project was to capture the various experiences of mental health conditions through engaging imagery. Inspired by my battle with PTSD after a traumatic boating accident, the project holds personal significance. Through a series of impactful photographs, I hope to convey the diverse emotions and psychological states associated with mental health struggles. Beyond aesthetics, the project strives to spark meaningful conversations and foster understanding about mental health.
