I am born and raised in Rotterdam. Rumor has it that 'Rotterdammers' wear their hearts on their sleeve, work hard and value honesty amongst each other. I am a pragmatic and straightforward person. I rather focus on things that can be changed instead of spending time on removing impossible roadblocks. With my creativity and 18+ years proven track record of accelerating success in ICT I am an ambitious result driven person who is willing to take thought-out challenges and drive changes.
A famous French writer, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, wrote once: "if you want to build a ship, do not drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea". For me this quote is the key in working and doing business with people: inspire and motivate the environment.
